Karissa brings warmth, enthusiasm, and a love for connecting with people to JDI’s Customer Care Team. She enjoys welcoming dancers and their families, helping them feel comfortable, and making their time at the studio a positive experience.

Whether answering a question, offering assistance, or greeting a dancer on their way to class, Karissa values the everyday interactions that help families feel supported. She understands that thoughtful service and a friendly face can make a meaningful difference, especially for families beginning their dance journey.

Karissa is proud to be part of a team that encourages children to grow, build confidence, and pursue what they love. She looks forward to getting to know JDI’s families and helping create a dance home where every dancer feels welcomed and valued.
