Anastacia DeVries (Taci)

Taci began dancing at the age of 4 and has been dancing ever since. She has trained in classical and contemporary ballet, modern, lyrical, jazz, and tap. Between the ages of 4-14 Taci trained with Riverside Ballet Arts. While dancing with RBA she danced in 20-30 performances a year including parts in the Nutcracker, Swan Lake, Cinderella, Sleeping Beauty, Coppelia, and Carmen.

By age 11 Taci started getting accepted to train at summer programs on scholarship with top ballet companies. She attended programs as well as performed with Pacific ballet conservatory, Julianna, Joffrey Ballet, and The Kirov. At the age of 14 she went to the Rock School (the entering school for The Pennsylvania Ballet) on scholarship and trained with them full time for a year and a half. Taci’s ballet and technique training is impeccable!

When returning home Taci received her AA in art at Riverside community college and began to teach and coach ballet and technique as well as competitive dancing. Taci is an unbelievable ballet and technique instructor, she is a huge believer in hands on training. Taci continues to challenge and motivate her dancers. Since Taci joined our staff 10 years ago we have seen a huge growth in our dancers ballet and technique abilities.
