Bailey Parten

Bailey’s connection to JDI Dance Company began at just eighteen months old. Growing up in the studio, she trained in Jazz, Contemporary, Lyrical, Hip Hop, Ballet, and Tap, building a foundation in dance and creating friendships and memories that remain close to her heart.

Her passion continued at Temescal Canyon High School, where she danced on the school’s dance team and served as captain during her senior year. That experience strengthened her leadership skills and deepened her appreciation for the encouragement, dedication, and teamwork that help dancers thrive.

Today, Bailey shares her love of dance with JDI’s recital students. She enjoys helping children discover new skills, grow in confidence, and feel proud of their accomplishments. Her classes combine learning with fun, creating a welcoming space where young dancers feel supported and excited to participate.

As a member of our Customer Care Team, Bailey brings that same warmth to families at the front desk. She enjoys answering questions, offering assistance, and helping both new and returning families feel at home.

Having experienced JDI from her earliest dance steps through her transition into teaching, Bailey understands how meaningful a dance home can be. She treasures the opportunity to be part of her students’ journeys and hopes to inspire the same joy and lasting love of dance that have shaped her own.
