Carly Von Bargen (Johnson)

Carly started dancing at Simi Dance Center and at the age of 7 and was asked to join their competition teams, which consistently placed 1st overall at multiple competitions. Carly competed at both Regional and National competitions and went on to dance for Dance Horizons and West Coast Dance Academy. Carly taught dance for 23 years and has successfully owned and managed JDI Dance Company for the past 18 years.

Carly opened JDI with 30 dancers and has grown the studio to over 850 dancers. In the 18 years that Carly and Cayti have owned JDI they have continued to grow and offer the highest quality recital program and a top award winning Competition program. Carly stepped back from teaching a few years ago to put her complete focus into operating JDI Dance Company to ensure all dancers and their families have a five star experience.

Children are the greatest gift from God and it is a priority to Carly that each child feels welcomed, loved, and at home. Carly continues to implement the finest dance instruction training, child development training, and business training yearly at JDI. She is enthusiastic about making sure her and the entire JDI staff continues to offer the best children’s program possible. Carly eats, lives, and breathes this business. Carly is passionate about JDI Dance Company and her goal is to not only educate, train, and inspire her dancers but to meet the needs of every parent and child that comes through their door.
