Emma Frankfather

Emma brings warmth, enthusiasm, and a love for connecting with families to JDI’s Customer Care Team. She enjoys getting to know our dancers and parents, helping them feel welcomed, supported, and at home from the moment they walk through the doors.

Whether greeting a student before class, answering a parent’s question, or helping a family find the information they need, Emma approaches each interaction with care. She values the small moments that build relationships and make the studio experience feel personal.

Emma is proud to be part of a community where children can build confidence, develop friendships, and create lasting memories. She loves contributing to JDI’s positive atmosphere and helping every family feel that they belong.
