Megan Baca

Studio Manager

Megan’s journey with JDI began long before she became Studio Manager. She started dancing at age three in Omaha, Nebraska, and joined JDI at age ten after moving to California. As a teenager, she danced competitively and assisted with younger recital classes, building lasting connections with the studio she would one day help lead.

At sixteen, a dance injury led her to discover a new passion at JDI’s front desk. Megan discovered a gift for supporting families and a love for the work behind the scenes. While pursuing her education at Mt. San Jacinto College and California Baptist University, she remained involved at JDI, continuing to assist classes and serve families at the front desk.

Today, Megan works closely with owners Carly and Cayti to manage daily studio operations and provide the exceptional care JDI families have come to know. Her organization, attention to detail, and dedication help keep the studio running smoothly, while her warmth makes families feel comfortable asking questions, sharing concerns, and seeking guidance.

Megan has a remarkable way of making people feel seen, heard, and cared for. Whether welcoming a new dancer, helping a parent navigate a busy season, or finding a thoughtful solution to a challenge, she approaches each interaction with patience and heart. The relationships she has built with JDI’s dancers and parents are a cherished part of her work.

Having grown up at JDI herself, Megan understands how meaningful a dance home can be. She brings that perspective to everything she does, helping create a welcoming, encouraging environment where children feel they belong and parents feel supported throughout their family’s dance journey.
