Megan Pierce

Megan began dancing at a small dance studio in Omaha Nebraska at the age of 3 and then when moving to California at the age of 10 she started at JDI Dance Company. Megan danced at JDI competitively from ages 13-16 along with assisting some of our young recital classes weekly. When she was 16 she had an injury which caused her to quit dancing but she was given the opportunity to work the front desk and fell in love with it. Megan quickly became invaluable to JDI’s clientele and her customer service to the families of JDI was first rate. Megan has bonded with so many of JDI’s dance parents and children and strives to create a loving, safe, and encouraging environment here at the studio. While getting an education at MSJC and CBU for 4 years, she continued to assist classes and work the front desk whenever she could. Megan has a passion for working with children and a true gift in customer service and is now our office manager working under owners Carly and Cayti. Megan works fulltime at JDI focusing on quality assurance, helping out in any situation needed, and ensuring that each and every child and parent at JDI is happy and getting the best service from every aspect of the studio!
